Receiving an E-Receipt

e-receipt receiving register

At stores that support ReceiptRoller, you receive an e-receipt just by showing your code at checkout. The steps are the same whether you use LINE, iOS, or Android.

Display your code

  • Tap the "Receive receipt" or "Show code" button on the home screen.
  • A barcode / QR code appears on the screen.
  • The screen brightness goes up automatically, making it easier to scan.

The checkout flow

  • At checkout, say "I'll use ReceiptRoller" and show your code.
  • The store's register reads the code.
  • When the payment is done, the e-receipt arrives in your history within a few seconds.

If it doesn't arrive

  • The register side may take a few dozen seconds to send it. Pull down on the screen to refresh.
  • Where the connection is poor, it can take longer to show up in your history.
  • If it still hasn't arrived after a while, see the guide "An e-receipt isn't arriving."

Finding supported stores

You can find supported stores from the search screen for favorite stores. You can also check for the sticker or POP display near the register.
