How to Read the Store Dashboard

Dashboard Store Management KPI Sales Reservation Management

There are two screens for managing your stores: the Store Dashboard, which shows all of them together, and Store Details, which shows one store. This article explains what each screen shows and where to find each feature.

Store Dashboard (All Stores)

This screen lists the stores registered to your business account. Totals across all stores appear at the top.

  • Active stores: the number of stores registered as open
  • Staff: the number of registered staff
  • Revenue: sales totalled automatically through your POS integration, shown alongside the previous month
  • Avg. Google Rating: the average rating of stores connected to Google Business Profile

"View reports" opens the detailed sales reports.

Using the Store List

  • Search by store name or address, and filter by type or prefecture
  • Turn on "Include deleted" to show stores you've deleted
  • "Add store" registers a new store. To register many at once, use "Bulk CSV import"
  • Choose a store to open its Store Details

The menu on this screen also takes you to Staff, Customers (CRM), Products, Social media, Reports and Account details.

Store Details (One Store)

The store's status appears next to its name.

  • Active / Inactive: whether the store is operating
  • Listed / Unlisted: whether it appears in "Find a store" search results
  • Taking bookings / Bookings paused: whether its booking page is published

Today's Numbers

The "Today" section shows how the day is going.

  • Sales today: compared with sales up to the same time on the same weekday last week
  • Transactions and Average ticket
  • Today's reservations: today's bookings and available slots

Use the link to the transaction list to see today's transactions. Below this you'll find this month's sales and transaction count, total reservations, Google rating and CRM customers.

Where Each Feature Lives

Store Details gathers the entry points for the features you use at that store.

  • Transactions, POS terminals and Sales report
  • Product management and Inventory management
  • Shift management, Reservations, Coupons and Check-in
  • Printers & receipts, Layout and SNS management

Features not included in your plan show a label such as "Unlock with Starter plan".

Editing and Deleting a Store

  • "Edit store info" changes details such as the address and business hours. Business hours also appear on Store Details
  • "Delete store" removes the store. Customers no longer see it, and you can bring it back with "Restore"
