Workflow
Creatives go through an approval workflow before they can be used in SNS posts or ads for the first time. This prevents assets that deviate from brand guidelines from being published by mistake.
Upload steps
- Open "Creative Management > Library"
- Select a file from "Upload" and specify a destination folder
- Enter the title, description, and tags
- Choose "Save as Draft" or "Submit for Approval (Pending)"
Status flow
- Draft: Still being edited. Not yet usable by anyone
- Pending: Awaiting review by an approver
- Approved: Can be used in posts or ads
- Rejected: Sent back with a reason for rejection
Approval actions
- Approve: Approved if it matches the brand guidelines. Recorded in the approval log
- Reject: Enter improvement points as a comment and reject
- Resubmit: Rejected assets can be revised and resubmitted
- Comment: Review comments can be added even outside of approval or rejection
Approval log
Each creative keeps a full history of who took what action and when. This can be used for audits and later reviews.
Permissions
- Upload / Submit: All store roles
- Approve / Reject: Admin role or higher
