What Is the Creative Library
The Creative Library is where you manage all the visual assets used across SNS, ads, PIM, and more in one place. Assets such as images, videos, and text are organized into folders, and only approved ones can actually be used in posts and ads.
What can be managed
- Images: JPEG / PNG / WebP
- Videos: MP4 / MOV
- Text: Catchcopy / boilerplate text
- Other: Supplementary materials such as PDFs
Folder structure
Assets can be sorted into hierarchical folders. Organize them into team-friendly units, such as "Campaign / Summer 2026," "Brand A Set," or "Store Exterior."
Approval workflow
- Uploaded assets are saved in "Draft" status
- The person in charge submits it for approval, moving it to "Pending"
- An administrator either approves it ("Approved") or rejects it ("Rejected")
- Rejected assets can be sent back and resubmitted with comments
Access from other areas
You can open the creative picker from other screens — such as when creating an SNS post, creating an ad, or working with product images — to select an approved asset. This keeps brand consistency intact and prevents unapproved assets from being used by mistake.
Scope
Since assets are managed at the organization level, common assets can be reused across all stores and brands. Store-specific assets can also be registered at the store scope.
