Searching and Filtering Receipts

When you want to find a past receipt quickly, use search and filters together. You can narrow down not just by item or store name, but by period and category too.

Search by keyword

• Enter a store name or item name in the search bar at the top of the receipt list.
• It matches partial text (for example, "milk" -> items containing "milk" are found).
• Items on scanned receipts are searchable too.

Filter by period

• Choose a preset such as "This week", "This month", "Last month", or "Past 3 months".
• You can also specify a custom period (start and end dates).

Filter by store or category

• Pick a store name from the filter icon to show only that store's receipts.
• You can also filter by category (groceries, daily goods, transport, and so on).
• Filtering by payment method is possible too.

Combining filters

By combining multiple conditions like "Last month", "Supermarket A", and "Groceries", you can quickly check spending narrowed to a specific purpose. Results are also shown as totals by category and by day.
