Pass balances that count themselves down
Sell a 10-lesson pass and each booking takes one; a cancellation gives it back. Members see the balance and expiry in the mini app, so they stop asking.
Book the same weekly slot once
Set up "every Tuesday at 19:00" and the weeks ahead are booked in one go. Weeks you don't run are skipped, and ending the arrangement cancels only what hasn't happened yet.
No classes offered on a day the instructor is off
Register instructors as staff and their slots follow the rota you already keep. There is no second schedule to maintain — fix the rota and the calendar agrees. Per-instructor records come with it.
Take the register on a phone, handle makeups there
Open the class, tap "everyone attended", correct the exceptions. An absence with notice can be claimed back on another date within your window — and the makeup never charges a second credit.
Membership cards and push, already included
Apple and Google Wallet cards, the mini app and push notifications sit on the same foundation as bookings. Running classes doesn't mean adding another subscription.
