Setting Up Mini App Pages and Menus
This article explains how to choose which pages appear in your LINE Mini App menu and how to reorder them to fit your store. You can display only the features you want customers to see, in whatever order you like.
Available pages
- Home — The top page. Shows a summary of news and membership cards.
- Receipts (Purchase History) — A list and detail view of the customer's digital receipts and purchase history.
- Membership Card — A membership card that can also be added to Apple Wallet / Google Wallet.
- My Page — Where customers view and edit their own profile (customer information).
- News — A list and detail view of announcements and blog posts from your store.
- Store Info — Address, phone number, business hours, and more.
- Coupons — A list and detail view of coupons currently being distributed.
- Reservations — Reservation confirmation. If you haven't connected a reservation integration, this shows how to make a reservation instead.
- Points — Point balance and history.
- Stamp Card — Stamp card progress.
- Products — A list and detail view of your products.
Receipts (Purchase History) is a page we especially recommend for stores using digital receipts.
Setting up the menu
From the Store management screen, open "App Management" then "Layout & Menu Settings," and switch to the "Menu" tab.
- From "Add Menu Item," choose the page you want to show and an icon/label.
- Added items appear in the list.
The bottom navigation bar shows up to the first 5 menu items.
Reordering and toggling visibility
- Drag the handle to the left of each item to reorder it. The order saves automatically.
- Unwanted items can be deleted.
Configuring the home page
On the "Layout" tab, you can add and reorder sections on the home page (membership card, hero image, news, coupons, store info, gallery, and more). The membership card is also just one section, so you can place it anywhere on the page — not just at the top — or hide it entirely. To display free-form text, add a rich text or custom HTML section.
Settings for using the AI assistant (LINE Official Account)
If you want to use automated AI assistant responses in LINE chat, configure the following under "Settings → Response Settings" in LINE Official Account Manager. If LINE's own automated responses are left on, LINE's canned replies will be sent before the AI can respond.
- Webhook: On (without this, the AI can't receive messages)
- Response messages: Off
- Response mode: Bot
- Greeting message: optional (can be used as a message when someone adds your account as a friend)
Even with "AI Assistant Settings" turned on in Receipt Roller, the AI cannot respond until this LINE-side setting is also complete.
