Campaigns an agency creates in a client's account go to the client for approval before they are submitted to ReceiptRoller's review. Once the client approves, the campaign is submitted for review.
What the agency does
- Prepare the campaign, ad units and ads, and complete the items under Ready for review
- Press Send to client for approval. The status changes to Awaiting client, and the client receives the request by email
- While it is awaiting the client, you can't change the campaign
What the client does
- Check the content on the campaign screen
- Press Approve and submit for review to submit it to ReceiptRoller's review
- If something needs fixing, press Send back to the agency. You can add a reason (optional). The campaign goes back to draft
Only members of the client's account can approve or send back. Agency staff can't.
Record of steps
Requests, approvals and send-backs are recorded under Agency and client steps on the campaign screen.
After review
Once the campaign passes review, agency staff can also pause, resume and end delivery.
