expiration
Points have an expiration date, and they're forfeited automatically once that date passes. To avoid losing them, we recommend using the points closest to expiring first.
Standard expiration
- Regular points: one year from the date you last earned points
- Campaign points: the period set for each campaign
- Limited-time points: until the date specified when they were granted
How to check expiration
- The earning history on the "Points & rewards" screen shows the expiration for each batch of points
- Points expiring within 30 days are flagged in a notification
Tips to avoid losing points
- The system automatically spends the points closest to expiring first
- Even small amounts count—exchange them for coupons or use them at the register to draw the balance down and avoid forfeiting them
- Some points have their expiration extended simply by logging in each month
How expired points are handled
- Expired points cannot be restored
- You can review expiration history on the "Point history" tab
