Publishing a Flyer
When you upload your store's flyer image to ReceiptRoller, it's shown as a new flyer in the app of customers who have favorited your store. Since it's published only after being prepared as a draft, you can review the content and publish with confidence.
What to prepare beforehand
- The flyer image file (JPG / PNG / WEBP / HEIC, 10MB or less)
- Validity period (start date and end date) — can be left blank
- You must be logged in to ReceiptRoller as a store administrator
Uploading
- Open the store management screen and go to "Flyer Management" from the side menu
- Click "Upload Flyer" in the top right
- Enter the title, validity period, image, and description (optional), then click "Save as Draft"
The saved flyer appears in the list as a "Draft." At this point, it's still not visible to customers.
Publishing
- Select the relevant flyer from the list, or on the page right after saving as a draft, click "Publish" in the right column
- It will be shown to customers who have favorited your store the next time their app syncs
Stopping publication or setting an expiration
Click "Stop Publishing" on a published flyer to temporarily return it to draft status. If you want to end distribution entirely, choose "Set Expired" instead. A flyer marked as expired disappears from customers' apps, but it remains in the history on the management screen.
Replacing the image
- Open the flyer in the edit screen
- Choose a new file in the image field and click "Update"
- The replaced image is reflected to customers immediately
How the validity period works
A flyer with an end date set is automatically hidden from customers' apps once the end date passes (it remains on the management screen). If you don't set a period, it stays published until you manually choose "Set Expired."
About automatically collected flyers
In some cases, ReceiptRoller automatically collects flyers your store has published on its own website. These are marked with an "Auto-collected" badge in the list. If there's a problem with the content, please contact support.
