What Are X Ads? Ad Types and Integration with ReceiptRoller

X Ads (formerly Twitter Ads) is an advertising platform that lets you show ads in the X timeline, search results, and more. Because X moves in real time, it is used to build buzz and announce campaigns.

Main ad types

• Promoted posts: Ads shown in the timeline in the same format as a regular post
• Video ads: Video ads shown in the timeline
• Follower ads: Ads that help grow your account's followers

Integration with ReceiptRoller

Connecting an X Ads account (importing, creating and managing campaigns across platforms) is not yet generally available.

To run ads on store signage, receipts or the app, use retail media ads.
