Rakuten Ads is an advertising platform provided by the Rakuten Group that lets you deliver ads on Rakuten Ichiba, other Rakuten services, and partner sites. Its strength is reaching users who are ready to buy.

Main ad types

  • Rakuten RPP ads: Product ads shown in Rakuten Ichiba search results. They are charged per click
  • Rakuten display ads: Banner ads shown within Rakuten Group services
  • Rakuten DSP: Ads that use Rakuten's data to reach sites outside Rakuten as well

Integration with ReceiptRoller

Connecting a Rakuten Ads account (importing, creating and managing campaigns across platforms) is not yet generally available.

To run ads on store signage, receipts or the app, use retail media ads.
