Checking Your Login History

How to read your login history

1. Avatar at the top right → "Settings" → "Security"
2. The "Login history" section
3. Login records for the past 90 days are shown

What each record shows

• Date and time of login
• IP address (approximate location)
• Browser / OS (User-Agent)
• Login method (password / Google / Apple / LINE)
• Result (success / failure)
• Session state (active / ended)

How to judge whether access is suspicious

• Access from a region you don't recognize
• A device or browser you don't use
• A time of day you wouldn't be using it, such as overnight
• Repeated login failures (possible brute-force attack)

If you spot suspicious access

1. Click "End" on the session in question
2. Run "End all sessions" to disconnect everything just in case
3. Change your password immediately
4. Enable MFA (if it isn't set up)
5. Report it to support (including the login date/time and IP)

Managing active sessions

The "Active sessions" section lets you see every device you're currently logged in from.

• Log out an individual device: the "End" button
• Log out everything at once: "End all sessions"
• The session you're currently using is labeled "Current device"

Things to note

• Via a VPN or corporate network, the location shown may differ from where you actually are
• Over a mobile carrier, location accuracy is low
• If you need history older than 90 days, contact support
