Roles you can grant
You can grant multiple roles to a single member. The roles you can grant vary by plan.
| Role | Minimum plan |

| StoreStaff (staff) | Free |
| StoreManager / POSManager / CampaignManager / FinanceManager | Starter |
| SNSManager | Growth |
| ProductManager / WarehouseManager | Enterprise |

Inviting external members (agencies, SNS management vendors, etc.)
You can also invite people outside your company. Follow the principle of least privilege: grant an SNS management vendor only the SNSManager role and limit which stores they can access.
Things to note
- You can't send duplicate invitations to the same email address
- You can invite someone who is already a member of another business account (they switch between business accounts to use each)
- Grant the SuperUser role only to people you trust
- For large numbers of invitations, you can bulk-invite via CSV import (Enterprise plan)
