| FinanceManager (finance handler) | Viewing receipts, sales reports, and tax exports |
| StoreStaff (staff) | Issuing receipts and checking the day's transactions only |
Granting and changing roles
- "Business account" → "Members"
- "Edit" for the member in question
- Check the roles (multiple allowed)
- Choose the target stores (optional)
- "Save"
Example operating patterns
Small store (one owner + staff)
- Owner: SuperUser
- Store manager: StoreManager
- Part-time staff: StoreStaff
Multi-store operation
- Head office: SuperUser + FinanceManager
- Each store manager: StoreManager (their store only)
- Marketing team: CampaignManager + SNSManager
- Product team: ProductManager
Working with an external agency
- Agency: SNSManager or CampaignManager (limited to the relevant stores)
- External accounting: FinanceManager (view only)
How permissions combine and are limited
- You can grant multiple roles to one person (permissions expand as an OR)
- Specifying "target stores" limits that role's permissions to those stores
- SuperUser can't be limited to specific stores (it always accesses all stores)
- The roles you can grant vary by the store's plan
Removing a role
- Uncheck the role under the member's "Edit"
- Removing all roles removes them from membership
- You need at least one SuperUser (if you're the last SuperUser, appoint someone else before removing yourself)
