Granting and changing roles

  1. "Business account" → "Members"
  2. "Edit" for the member in question
  3. Check the roles (multiple allowed)
  4. Choose the target stores (optional)
  5. "Save"

Example operating patterns

Small store (one owner + staff)

  • Owner: SuperUser
  • Store manager: StoreManager
  • Part-time staff: StoreStaff

Multi-store operation

  • Head office: SuperUser + FinanceManager
  • Each store manager: StoreManager (their store only)
  • Marketing team: CampaignManager + SNSManager
  • Product team: ProductManager

Working with an external agency

  • Agency: SNSManager or CampaignManager (limited to the relevant stores)
  • External accounting: FinanceManager (view only)

How permissions combine and are limited

  • You can grant multiple roles to one person (permissions expand as an OR)
  • Specifying "target stores" limits that role's permissions to those stores
  • SuperUser can't be limited to specific stores (it always accesses all stores)
  • The roles you can grant vary by the store's plan

Removing a role

  • Uncheck the role under the member's "Edit"
  • Removing all roles removes them from membership
  • You need at least one SuperUser (if you're the last SuperUser, appoint someone else before removing yourself)
