How to Log In
Anyone who wants to log in to ReceiptRoller.
You can log in to ReceiptRoller with an email address and password, or with a Google or Microsoft account. One account can have both.
Log in with an email and password
- Open the login page
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- If you've set up two-step verification, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
- Select "Log in"
Log in with Google or Microsoft
- On the login page, select "Log in with Google" or "Log in with Microsoft"
- Allow access on that service's screen
- You return to ReceiptRoller, logged in
If the email address is new to ReceiptRoller, an account is created for you. If you've already registered with the same email address, no new account is created and you see "An account already exists". Log in to your existing account the usual way, then choose whether to connect Google or Microsoft to it. See Adding and removing sign-in methods.
Stay logged in
- Tick "Keep me logged in" and you won't need to log in again after closing the browser
- Leave it unticked on shared computers and store devices
Use several devices
You can be logged in on a phone, a computer and a tablet at the same time. Logging in on one doesn't log you out of the others.
Log out
Select your avatar at the top right and choose "Log out". This logs out that browser only — other devices stay logged in, so log out on a device before you give it away.
If you're worried about a login you don't recognise
- Change your password first
- Set up two-step verification, so a password alone isn't enough to log in
- Log out on any device you no longer use
- If you're still concerned, contact support
