For members with the SuperUser role who want to change their business account's plan.
How to change it
- "Business account" → "Plan"
- "Change plan"
- Choose the plan you want to switch to
- Check and register a payment method
- "Confirm"
Upgrading
- The change takes effect immediately
- New features become available right away
- Charges are prorated by the day, billing the difference from that month
- Example: switching from Starter to Growth mid-month bills only the Growth difference for the remaining days
Downgrading
- The change takes effect from the next billing cycle
- Your current plan's features remain available until the end of the month
- The difference is not refunded (the new plan amount applies from the next invoice)
- Features not available on the lower plan are automatically disabled at the end of the month
Restrictions when downgrading
Note: If you have resources that exceed the lower plan's limits, you'll need to tidy them up before the downgrade completes.
| Condition | What to do |
|---|---|
| Store count exceeds the limit | Delete or archive stores you don't need |
| Members with roles that will be unavailable | Change or remove the roles |
| SNS integrations or API in use | Disconnect them beforehand if they aren't available on the lower plan |
Changing to the Enterprise plan
Because the Enterprise plan is a custom contract, it isn't an instant on-screen change but an inquiry to our sales team. You can reach out via the "Talk to us about Enterprise" button on the "Plan" screen.
Billing timing
- Monthly plans: monthly from your application date
- Annual plans (10% discount): every 12 months from your application date
- Invoices are issued automatically each month / year
