Support for the qualified invoice system
The invoices issued by ReceiptRoller meet the requirements of a qualified invoice. A business account that receives one can use it for input tax credit.
- The qualified invoice issuer registration number is stated
- Totals and consumption tax amounts are itemized by tax rate
- The transaction details are clearly stated
Reflecting the recipient business account's registration number
If you register a "qualified invoice issuer registration number" in your recipient business account information, it will also be printed on the invoice (for record-keeping). See the "Managing Business Account Information" article.
Cases that can't be reissued
Note: An invoice PDF is fixed with the information as of its issue date. Changing your business account name or registration number afterward will not be reflected on past invoices.
If the bill-to name or registration number on a past invoice was entered incorrectly, contact support with the "invoice number and the correction needed." We'll check whether a manual fix is possible.
Bulk download
If you want to download several invoices at once, such as at fiscal year-end, you can get them as a ZIP from the "Bulk Download" button on the Billing History screen.
- Specify the period
- Click "Bulk Download"
- A ZIP file is delivered (with email notification)
