Deleting Your Account

When you stop using ReceiptRoller, you can delete your account. Once you delete it, your purchase history, points, and coupons all become unavailable, so we recommend exporting your data and using up any remaining balance first.

What to check before deleting

• Use up any remaining points (they expire once you delete)
• Export any receipts or purchase history you need as CSV / PDF
• If you use paid features, cancel your subscription first

How to delete

• Settings → Account → "Delete account"
• Choose a reason for leaving (optional)
• Enter your password or a verification code to confirm your identity
• Tap "Confirm deletion"

After deletion

• Deletion takes effect immediately, and you can no longer log in with the same account
• Personally identifiable information is permanently deleted after a set period
• Data we are legally required to retain is deleted once the retention period ends

If you deleted by mistake

• Deletion cannot be undone
• You can register again as a new account, but your history and points will not carry over
