Creating an Account and Logging In

By creating a ReceiptRoller account, you can access the same history from any environment—LINE, iOS, or Android.

Sign-in methods you can use

• Email address
• LINE account
• Apple account (iOS)
• Google account (Android / also on the web)

Your first registration

• After launching, choose the sign-in method you want on the login screen.
• Follow the on-screen guidance to complete authentication.
• The first time, you'll see a confirmation screen for your username and notification settings.

Using it across multiple environments

Whether you log in on LINE, iOS, or Android, the same account shares your history, favorites, and points. There's no problem switching between environments partway through.

When you can't log in

• Check that your sign-in provider (LINE, Apple, Google) hasn't switched to a different account.
• If you log in with an email address, use the password reset link.
• If that doesn't fix it, contact us through the support form.

About deleting your account

You can delete your account anytime. Deleting it also erases your receipt history and spending data. For details, see the Privacy section.
