Language and Time Zone Settings

Language settings

1. "Settings" → "Profile"
2. Choose "Language"
3. "Save"

Supported languages

• Japanese (ja-JP)
• English (en-US)
• Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) — rolling out
• Korean (ko-KR) — rolling out

The language of email notifications

Confirmation and notification emails are also sent in the language you set. This takes effect from the first email after you change the setting.

Time zone settings

1. "Settings" → "Profile"
2. Choose "Time zone" (e.g. Asia/Tokyo)
3. "Save"

Receipt issue times, login history, report dates, and other timestamps are converted to the time zone you set.

How this relates to business-account-level settings

• Store and business account reports are calculated in the store's local time zone (independent of your profile setting)
• Your personal profile setting only affects how things appear on screen
• If a store is in Japan but you live overseas, reports are calculated in Japan time while the on-screen display uses your own time zone

Things to note

• A language change takes effect immediately, but you may need to reload if the browser cache is still present
• In regions where a satellite is available, it switches automatically
